How long have you been in Realty World family? What did you do in your previous business life before Realty World?
Serkan Senekçi:
We are very happy about working under Realty World for 4 years. I'm a Survey Engineer. Previously I worked as a Survey Engineer in private sector for 5 years. Then our paths crossed with Realty World.
Bülent Deniz:
I was interested in the construction business before entering the real estate sector. So I was not far from the real estate sector.
Why did you choose Realty World?

What have you done so far to break apart from other real estate offices?

We continuously organize regular trainings inside and outside the office. We provide continuous support to our consultants in our office. We can list our support such as free ad entry, free 360 ° virtual tour, free professional video - photo - drone shooting, free digital assistant program usage in all advertisement portals. We actively use social media. We advertise both our office and our portfolios continuously with ads. We have events and activities in the office every month. We reinforce the team spirit and always try to keep the motivation at the highest level by organizing activities such as picnics, cinema, theater, food, bowling etc.
Is it possible that people who does not have must start-up capital and would like to do establish this business from start-up do this business?
Serkan Senekçi:
Of course they can, but they should make an organization and plan that will not exceed their budget. They need to have a certain amount of saving to manage themselves in difficult times.
Bülent Deniz:
The investor must absolutely have a financial power. If you have experience but do not have financial power or vice versa, it must be started with one or more partners. Otherwise failure percentages will increase.
What do you recommend to entrepreneurs who want to buy franchises?
Serkan Senekçi:

We are working to raise this reputation to the points it deserves and we will continue to work. Thank God that we finished 2018 by taking the first place in Mediterranean Region and fifth place in Turkey in general, as the result of the trust and courtesy shown by our client to us and Realty World Apex Family until today.
